about the farm

Finca Las Isabellas is a farm located in Apaneca, Ahuachapán, El Salvador between 900 - 1,340 meters above sea level and has a span of 245 hectares. This farm has been part of our group since 2007 and now produces Pacamara, Pacas, and Red Bourbon varietals.

Within the farm, you’ll also find Tequendama Mill, where we collect and process our coffees and that of our neighboring producers and partners! You can learn more about our processing facilities and processes here!

a natural reserve

87 hectares of the farm’s land is now a nature reserve that serves as a source of water for our neighboring communities and a home to endemic endangered species such as:

• Ocelot
• Beady Black-Eyed Frog
• Yellow Throated Euphonia
• Raccoons
• Crested Flycatcher

Of course, there’re plenty of other species living within our forests, and we’re happy to be able to provide a haven for El Salvador’s biodiversity!
